The Academy's training philosophy comes from our Magical Butterfly symbol of beauty, which reminds us that at one time, we were all caterpillars! The butterfly's process of transformation brings with it the same experience in our human lifelong process from mere personality to a fully characterized soul, becoming fully human and fully alive!

Not all caterpillars become butterflies, some die prematurely. Others simply remain grounded, refusing to risk the unknown challenges of flight.

The Academy has noticed that caterpillars are not alone. People struggle to experience their true potential in becoming fully characterized human beings as well.
